Cocoons
Inspired by the process of raising silk moths, and watching the incredible spiralling used to spin silk cocoons, these ephemeral sculptures are made from natural and locally sourced materials. Many of the cocoons below have been installed throughout Victoria as site specific works, as well as exhibited formally at Gasworks Art Park, and featured in Issue 3 of Beyond Words Literary Magazine, 2020.
